Mary Olson is a PHA-sponsored rehabilitation project in collaboration with Knight Development and made possible through state and federal LIHTC funding.

This project undertakes a full site rehabilitation, including interior and exterior scope for each building, extensive site and security improvements, and a renovation and addition to the office & community space. Through upgrades to interior finishes, appliances, cabinetry, and smart home features we will be bringing greater accessibility and energy efficiency, as well as an elevated quality of living to these homes.

Mary Olsen is currently comprised of 46 1-story homes, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. In collaboration with our partners, we are committed to a relocation plan during construction which leaves no tenant permanently displaced. Construction completion is currently scheduled for the fall of 2025.
