Bay Terrace is a rehabilitation project of an existing apartment community made possible through the use of state and federal LIHTC funding.

Originally built in 1982, this 2-story brick community will be undergoing a deep renovation. This includes interior and exterior improvements as well as extensive site work and community space renovations. Each home will receive a full interior rebuild, including new flooring, counters, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, etc. Our construction team will be bringing these buildings up to FORTIFIED standards, protecting the lifespan of the structures and the safety of our residents.

Our renovation efforts will improve the overall site accessibility, energy efficiency, and maintenance efficiency. We also aim to include solar arrays in our effort to exceed green building standards and reduce the utility burden for our residents.

Bay Terrace is comprised of 129 homes, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms. In collaboration with our partners, we are committed to a relocation plan during construction which leaves no tenant permanently displaced. The expected construction completion date is winter of 2026.
