The Commons is an affordable housing community comprised of two individual projects: Ridge Commons and Loop Commons. Each project includes 96 new construction units built to the highest standard set forth by FORTIFIED Gold and Enterprise Green Communities. The Commons includes all the amenities our residents need to feel at home - new appliances, in-unit laundry, a dog park, playground, off-street parking, and more!
