Acquisition & Rehabilitation - Currently in Predevelopment

Pinnacle on the Park, formerly known as Stillwell, is a rehabilitation project in partnership with Knight Development. This project is made possible through a financing structure which features 4% LIHTC funding.

This building dates back to 1982 and is home to 142 apartments, nearly all of which are a 1-bedroom layout. Our work in this building includes a rehabilitation of the residential units as well as the overall site and building systems. Each unit will be receiving extensive interior renovations such as updated flooring, appliances, fixtures, and finishes. This rehabilitation project will elevate the quality of the building and site, as well as introducing greater accessibility and energy-efficiency.

Construction at Pinnacle on the Park is expected to begin during the summer of 2025 and complete during the summer of 2027. In collaboration with our partners, we are committed to a relocation plan which ensures no tenants are permanently displaced.
