President

Atrium’s President Steven Anderson has over 25 years of real estate development, construction, and asset management experience, including serving as the CFO of a $600 million construction and development company for 20 years. Through his personal development partners and interests, he has developed and invested in over 3,000 multi-family and single family rental units. These projects include affordable, senior, assisted-living, and workforce housing developed with various debt and equity structures, including LIHTC, Historic, New Markets Tax Credits, PACE, and Tax Increment Financing.

In 2018, he acquired a failed bank’s community development corporation from the FDIC which included a portfolio of LP and GP interests in 13 non-performing LIHTC projects in Louisiana. This portfolio of 664 units includes scattered-site single-family houses, a single-family rental subdivision, a senior housing development covered by a HAP contract, and rural USDA developments. Mr. Anderson’s team turned-around these struggling properties and returned them to compliance with the state and funders.

Mr. Anderson was previously the co-developer of Federal City in New Orleans. This development was designed to meet the requirements of the Navy to keep jobs in New Orleans. This project included creating a master plan, installing infrastructure, and developing a site that includes a 411,000 square foot office building (MarForRes HQ), a hotel, a charter school, a police substation and other commercial facilities.

Project Manager

Andy Fritzshall has 12 years of non-profit real estate development experience as a co-founder of Home by Hand, Inc. and a team member of Project Home Again Foundation. He has overseen the financing, construction, and sale of 175 single-family homes for low income first-time buyers; designed the first Community Land Trust homeownership program in New Orleans; and provided homeownership coaching for hundreds of low-income first-time homebuyers.

Project Analyst

Lauren Feuer has been with Atrium Housing for over a year. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Analytics from Tulane University and has a background in financial analysis and client services. Lauren's previous experience includes roles at ThirtyNorth Investments, DLL Group, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan.

Project Analyst

Dorian Desjardins is a finance professional specializing in real estate investment and development, with experience spanning acquisitions analysis and project financing. Previously, he worked at Raymond James, underwriting affordable housing investments. Dorian holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida International University and is certified in Real Estate Financial Modeling.

Project Analyst

Grace Daniels graduated from Tulane’s School of Architecture with a B.S. of Real Estate Development and a strong background in architecture and design. During her time at Tulane, Grace was honored with the Dean’s Honors Scholarship, Design Innovation Award, and Senior Thesis Award. Prior to joining the Atrium team, Grace worked on project management teams for affordable and workforce housing developers and a design-build architectural firm.
